Welcome to our Patch of Heaven.  We moved into this quaint 1930's built home sitting on 5 acres in 2003.  It was not long after that that we started collecting animals, which are a life time passion.  We started with a few dozen chickens all sizes and colors.  We added some pygmy goats, and then we spotted the cutest little bundles of fur that we had ever seen in a neighbor's yard.  That was IT!  We were in love.  We started gathering information and acquired kids soon after.

Our herd is small.  We will likely keep under 20 animals.  Keeping our herd small allows us to have time to spoil all our kids.  Our friends say if they were to die and come back as an animal, they would like to live here in a "Patch of Heaven".
